In my projects, I explore how computational tools and workflows can influence the built world. I like to work on different scales and to make projects that place themselves somewhere in between art and architecture.
My references are sentimental and I enjoy spending hours to build models manually or to paint textures for digital drawings.
However, I believe that a gap has emerged between modern technology and architectural design development.
Digital tools, more accessible than ever, are often used merely to speed up and optimize the design methods of the past. Why not use these tools to drive the design process, to generate the architecture, and to open up for completely new design possibilities?
